This is Perth is the most viewed Western Australian short film of all time.

Created in its entirety by Perrella and Osborn, with music by Adrian Kingwell, the pair wrote, shot, edited, directed and performed the film in August 2009.

The film became a viral internet hit hours after its release, and the duo were profiled across all mainstream media outlets in WA. While cited as reigniting the so-called Perth ‘Dullsville’ debate, the film has found audiences across the globe, and it has been screened both locally and internationally in a variety of festivals.

In March 2010 it was awarded Western Australia’s top film prize, being named Best Film at the WA Screen Awards. It also received the People’s Choice Award, as voted by the general public.
